Catrine Community Trust have been successful in gaining a further Climate Challenge Fund grant towards reducing the carbon footprint in Catrine.
The Trust have been awarded £42,000 towards employing two part time Energy Efficiency Advisors who shall assist the Powerdown Officer in making Catrine more carbon neutral.
There shall also be many themed events to focus on home energy efficiency, raising awareness of the importance of reducing carbon emissions and energy consumption and promoting carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy, sustainable transport and local food production
